Stop rolling the dice with AI. In 21 days you'll learn to run Claude like a strategy department and AI image generation like a photo studio. You walk out with your brand's complete strategy and visual world, directed by you, sounding nothing like a robot who's never had a feeling.
USING AI FEELS LIKE CHEATING.IT'S CALLED THE HOUSE ADVANTAGE.
(And you're the house now, babe.)
You've prompted. You've generated. You've looked at the result and thought "this is giving corporate clip art energy" and closed your laptop like it owed you money.
Here's the thing: the missing ingredient was never your talent. Nobody taught you to direct it. You HAVE taste. That's the frustrating part. Whether you've been charging for it for two decades or you just started trusting it out loud, that taste is exactly what AI has been waiting for.
✦ Play the hand you built · made with the method inside ✦
The house odds
TONIGHT'S BOARDEVERY NUMBER LINKED · CHECK MY MATH
86%
of creatives are already using AI at work. You're right on time, babe.
The brand is what you leave with. The fluency is what you keep charging for.
THE HOUSE REPORT · 2026THE TABLE IS HOT.
✦
81% of creators say human judgment is still what makes the work good. Your taste is the house edge. AI just handed it a bigger engine.TIME TO PLAY LIKE THE HOUSE.
EXHIBIT A: fifty downloaded apps, forty bookmarked tutorials, a desktop that's a graveyard of free trials, and somehow MORE confused than when you started. I've seen it. I can smell it from here.
The house edge
MOST PEOPLE FEED THE MACHINE NOTHING. THEN BLAME THE MACHINE.
AI is only ever as good as what you hand it. Two creatives, same tool, same prompt, wildly different results. The entire difference is context.
So when you sit down and build a real brand strategy (audience, positioning, voice, story, offers) you're building two assets at once. One that makes the business money. And one you feed the machine, forever.
Your positioning doc is what Claude reads before it writes a single word. Your voice doc is why your captions sound like you at 2am instead of LinkedIn at 9am. Your visual language is why every image lands in one world instead of forty.
Days 1 through 10 build the file. Days 11 through 20 prove it works. Every month after that, you're the one who has it.
The receipts on strategy

The game · the whole arc · eight rounds, two tables
THREE WEEKS. ONE BRAND. YOURS.
Here's the arc, chapter by chapter. I'm still fine-tuning exactly which play lands on which day, so the full day-by-day drops when doors open. The transformation doesn't change.
Days 1–10
THE STRATEGY TABLE
Claude fundamentals, prompting that doesn't produce robot poetry, and your complete brand brain: audience, positioning, voice, story, offers, funnel. Every play demo'd live on the Auntie Up brand itself, then you run it for yours. Plan on about an hour a day — you're building a real strategy, not collecting PDFs.
Round 01
Get Fluent
Meet Claude the right way, build the Brand HQ you'll run everything from, and learn to direct it like a creative partner instead of a vending machine.
Claude foundations, zero jargon, zero deep end
Your HQ: Projects, Skills & Connectors
Prompting that sounds like you, not a bot
You leave withA home base that's yours forever, and the nerve to drive it
Round 02
Know Your Table
Meet BotMused (yours to keep), then get ruthless about exactly who you're for and the seat only you can own.
BotMused builds your living audience profile
The thing they'd admit at 2am
Positioning your people would screenshot
You leave withAn audience profile + a position no one else can claim
Round 03
Find Your Voice
Bottle the way you actually sound, then build the story that makes people feel something before they spend a dime.
A voice doc Claude references forever
Say-this, never-say-that, on the record
Your origin, your stakes, your through-line
You leave withMessaging that sounds like you on your best day
Round 04
Make Your Money Map
Turn all that strategy into offers and a funnel, then snap it into one doc you'll actually use. Yes, it's the exact play running on you right now.
Your offer ladder, free to flagship
The funnel, mapped and drafted
Everything compiled into one strategy doc
You leave withYour complete brand strategy, locked
Days 11–20
THE VISUAL FLOOR
The 7 Pillar Prompt Framework, your brand's visual language, an AI photoshoot for your own brand, and the day your stills learn to move. No photoshoot budget. No waiting on golden hour. No production crew. This is art direction, not prompt hacks.
Round 05
Learn to Direct
Pick up the 7 Pillar Prompt Framework, meet Prompty Poppins, and turn your strategy into a visual world you chose on purpose.
The 7 Pillars, in your hands by tonight
Prompty Poppins, an art department in a bot
Palette, mood, and type: your visual language
You leave withA visual direction that's unmistakably yours
Round 06
Run the Shoot
The photoshoot you've been putting off since 2023, minus the budget, the crew, and golden hour. Heroes, scenes, and the day your stills learn to move.
Hero images in your aesthetic
A full scene library for the everyday
Motion: your stills, breathing
You leave withAn image and video library, shot by you
Round 07
Put It to Work
Get your brand onto real things and into repeatable systems, so you're never panic-opening Canva at 11pm again.
Mockups and graphics, client-grade
A reusable content kit
A campaign that ties it all together
You leave withDeliverables you couldn't sell last month
Round 08
Ship a Brand
Assemble the whole thing into your Brand OS, then build it into a case study you'd actually send someone. One link, strategy through visuals.
Your complete Brand OS, organized
Your transformation, packaged
Your case study, built and live
You leave withA finished brand system, and the case study to prove it

Table 01
Good Girls Cannabis Club
A dispensary with country-club manners. Retro-luxe green and blush, embroidered merit badges, and a members-only lounge you’d actually want to sit in.
Table 02
Burn Rate Hot Sauce
Jalapeño peach heat with a finance joke baked into the name. Loud orange, surreal scale, and a food truck that has no business looking this good.
Table 03
Auntie Up
The brand you’re standing in right now. Teal felt, chrome fembots, and a slot machine that pulls its own lever.
Table 04
Pause*
Perimenopause, declassified. Coral and plum, a supplement line, and a warning label that tells the actual truth.
Table stakes
TWO TOOLS. NOT TWELVE.
No gear-acquisition syndrome. No graveyard of free trials. The entire challenge runs on exactly two subscriptions, both of which you'll keep using long after day 21.
Tool NO. 1 · The Brain
Claude
Your strategy partner and brand brain HQ. Days 1–10 live here: audience, positioning, voice, offers, funnel, all built in Projects with the included skills, so every output sounds like you.
Claude Projects = your brand's permanent memory
Runs the included challenge skills: BotMused, Prompty Poppins, and the rest of the crew
The "conversation over command" engine. Your taste leads, the bot follows
Where every deliverable from days 1–10 lives, organized and reusable
CLAUDE PRO~$20/mo
Tool NO. 2 · The Darkroom
Magnific (formerly Freepik)
Where days 11–20 happen. If you've never heard of it: Magnific is the image platform pros use. One subscription, every image model worth having, instead of you juggling five different AI accounts.
You're finding your visual language in 21 days. You should be free to make forty versions and keep the one that's right
Every visual on this page came out of it. Yes, including the sign up top
When it's over and you're just making the occasional image? Downgrade. Nobody's making you keep it
MAGNIFIC PREMIUM+$45/mo
NOTE THE PLUS. "PREMIUM" AND "PREMIUM+" ARE DIFFERENT PLANS.
Total stack ≈ $65/mo · cancel or downgrade anytime · your setup guide walks you through both before day one, step by step, no panic
The payout
YOU DON'T LEAVE WITH NOTES. YOU LEAVE WITH THE VAULT.
♠
Your brand brain
Audience, positioning, voice & tone, story, offer map. Living Claude Projects that make every future output sound like you on a good hair day.
♥
Your visual world
Palette, mood, visual language, and an AI brand photoshoot, art-directed by you, zero "wait, is that six fingers?"
♣
The skills arsenal
BotMused, Prompty Poppins + the challenge skill stack, yours to keep forever. No expiring access. I'm not a monster.
♦
The plan
A complete brand strategy + campaign concept you can execute Monday morning, or sell to a client by Friday afternoon.
♠
The fluency
You, running Claude and AI image generation like a second team. The brand is this month's payout. This skill is every month after.
♥
The replays
Every drop, recorded and waiting whenever you sit down. If the room ever closes, you get the downloads before it does. Built for people with deadlines, school pickups, and a Love Island situation to monitor.
♦
The room
Creatives who actually get it. Your group chat is tired of hearing about your Claude experiments. This room never will be.
Cheers, you built a brand ✦
Two ways to play, one game
EVERYONE PLAYS THEIR OWN HAND.
Same 21 days. Same plays. Same deck. The only difference is whose brand ends up on the table, and both hands walk out with the full strategy and visual world.
A♥A♥Hand NO. 1 · Playing for yourself
YOUR OWN BRAND
You walk out with your first real brand foundation: strategy, voice, and visuals that match the business in your head, not the template you panic-bought.
Who's at this table
Creative entrepreneurs
Coaches & consultants
Boutique & product founders
Content creators
Side-hustlers going legit
Makers & artists selling their work
"Finally launching it" founders
New to AI? Good. Day one starts at the actual beginning. No jargon, no shame, no pop quizzes. Foundations are the whole point. Brand's still imaginary? Also good. Build it for the business in your head — by day 21 it won't be imaginary anymore.
A♦A♦Hand NO. 2 · Playing for clients
CLIENT WORK
Do the homework on your own long-neglected brand, or invent a dream client and build a spec brand, and every play becomes a process you can run for clients.
Who's at this table
Brand & graphic designers
Brand strategists
Art & creative directors
Photographers
Social media managers
Copywriters
Web & Showit designers
And here's the math: nobody at your next pitch asks whether the case study client was real. They ask if you can do it again. Everything you build in here is a repeatable, sellable service. Strategy upstream, AI-powered production downstream. Walk in a logo designer, walk out a full-service studio.
The bouncer
IS THIS YOUR TABLE?
Three questions. The bouncer doesn't care about your follower count. She cares if you'll actually vibe in here.
THE BOUNCER SEES ALL
STATE YOUR BUSINESS
Answer honestly. She can tell when you're lying. It's the eyebrows.
Q1 · When you hear "AI," your honest gut reaction is:
Q2 · Your brand, currently, is:
Q3 · Twenty-one days from now, you want to be holding:
✓ ADMIT ONE
The bouncer likes you. You've got a brand that needs building and taste that needs a bigger engine. The Player's Pass is your seat. Foundations included, no jargon, no shame about the abandoned threads. We all have threads, babe.
Oh, you're a professional. The bouncer is unhooking the velvet rope herself. You're not building one brand in here, you're building the process you'll run on every client after this. Some of the best case studies in your portfolio never invoiced anybody. Real brand, spec brand for a dream client, both count. Everything you make in here becomes something you can sell twice.
Respectfully: this is a craft room, not a passive-income printer. Nobody in here is debating GPU specs or flipping AI side hustles. There are 47 other communities for that, king. May your agents be ever profitable.
NOT YET, BABE
No business yet? No problem, but the challenge assumes there's a brand to build. Start free in The Launchpad, marinate in the good stuff, and come ante up when there's a business on the table.
This challenge deals its first hand Sept 14, so these are from my other tables. Same dealer. Same method.

WHO'S DEALING? YOUR AI AUNTIE.
I'm Lo, founder of Bemused Studio, former social media creative director at Ulta Beauty, and the auntie who's been where you are and came back with the cheat codes. (Not actual cheat codes. That's illegal. You get the vibe.)
I've taught this on stages at Future Summit @ SXSW, Social Media Marketing World, and Create & Cultivate Festival, worked with brands like TONIC Site Shop and Flodesk — and helped thousands of creatives learn to use AI as a creative partner and an extension of their own thinking, through my courses, skills, and The Launchpad. My whole thing is conversation over command: your taste leads, the bots follow, nobody has to become a prompt engineer against their will.

THINGS YOU'RE WONDERING (BECAUSE EVERYONE IS)
Q01REAL TALK: HOW MUCH TIME IS THIS?tap for the answer, obvi
Real talk: how much time is this?
About an hour a day. Some days it's 40 minutes. Some days you blink and it's midnight because you were on your fourteenth logo variation for fun. Everything's recorded, so if Tuesday eats you alive, the replay waits for you.
What I won't do is call it a ten minute transformation. You're building a brand, not microwaving one.
Q02I TRIED AI. THE RESULTS WERE SLOP.tap for the answer, obvi
I tried AI and the results were… slop.
Because nobody taught you to direct it. You typed "make me a logo" and got clip art with confidence. Days 1 to 10 build the context (your voice, your audience, your strategy) so the output sounds like YOU. Days 11 to 20 are literally a taste curriculum.
Art direction, not prompt hacks. The slop era ends here.
Q03TOTAL BEGINNER. WILL I DROWN?tap for the answer, obvi
I'm a total beginner with Claude. Will I drown?
Babe, no. Day 1 starts at the actual beginning, and a pre-challenge setup guide gets your accounts ready before kickoff. You need a Claude plan, a Magnific plan, and a pulse.
If you can order a complicated coffee, you can do this.
Q0415 YEARS IN. IS THIS TOO BASIC?tap for the answer, obvi
I've done brand strategy for 15 years. Is this too basic?
You're not here to learn what a voice doc is. You're here for the AI system that produces strategy and visuals at a pace you can actually sell.
Run the homework on your own neglected brand or a spec brand, then run the process for clients and watch your service menu grow a new wing.
Q05DO I HAVE TO BUILD *MY* BRAND?tap for the answer, obvi
Do I have to build MY brand? What if I'd rather not, or don't have one?
You need a brand, not necessarily your brand. Your business, a client's brand (with their blessing), or a completely invented dream client with great boundaries. The deliverables don't care.
A spec brand still gets you the strategy doc, the visual world, and a portfolio case study. And if you sell branding, the process IS the product. The only wrong answer is showing up with nothing to play with.
Q06DO I HAVE TO SHARE MY WORK?tap for the answer, obvi
Do I have to share my work?
Nope. Nobody presents anything. Day 20 is where it all comes together, you build your brand into a case study you can actually show someone, and then you drop the link in the room only if you want to. There's no contest, no vote, no ranking and no prize, so there's nothing to lose by sitting it out.
If you do post, you tag it SHOWING if you just want eyes on it, or ASKING THE TABLE if you want notes. Nobody gives notes on a SHOWING post. That's the entire house rule. This challenge is you versus your blank page, not you versus the girl three seats down.
Q07CAN I ACTUALLY USE AI IMAGES IN COMMERCIAL WORK?tap for the answer, obvi
Can I actually use AI images in commercial work?
Yes. Paid Magnific plans include commercial usage of what you generate (the terms are short, read them once, feel smug forever), and brands you buy from every week are already doing it.
The real flex is that you art directed it: your strategy, your world, your taste. Keep logos and trademarks out of your prompts like a professional, disclose where your industry expects it, and go cash the check.
Q08WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE DAY ONE?tap for the answer, obvi
What do I need before day one?
A Claude Pro plan (about $20/mo), Magnific Premium+ ($45/mo), a brand to work on, and about an hour a day.
The setup guide hits your inbox the moment you enroll and walks you through everything before kickoff. No panic allowed.
Q09DO I REALLY NEED THE $45 PLAN?tap for the answer, obvi
Do I really need the $45 Magnific plan? Can't I just get the $20 one?
You can. You'll just spend the whole challenge doing math instead of design. Magnific runs on credits, and on the $20 plan every image spends them. So you ration. You talk yourself out of the fourth version. You settle.
Premium+ makes your main model unlimited. Generate all day, keep the one that slaps, save your credits for the specialty models. $45 during the challenge, downgrade after. About $65/mo across both tools for the 21 days. Less than one stock photo license, and you leave with a whole brand.
Q10REFUNDS?tap for the answer, obvi
Refunds?
Nope, and I'll tell you why to your face. The second you're in, you've got the whole method, the skills, and the bots. So all sales are final, no refunds. But here's what that actually means for you: miss something live and you're not losing it, because every drop gets replayed in the room. Nothing unlocks early, but nothing expires either, so if Tuesday eats you alive you pick it up on Thursday.
And if you're not sure this is your table? Don't guess and hope. Message me before you buy and I'll tell you straight if it's a fit. I'd rather you feel good about your seat than sorry you sat down.
Q11I ALREADY OWN SOME OF YOUR SKILLS.tap for the answer, obvi
I already own some of your skills. What's my move?
Then you already know what ONE skill can do. The challenge is the system that makes them sing together.
And no, you are not paying twice. The whole stack comes with the seat, so the ones you already own just show up as reinforcements and the rest fill in gaps you did not know you had. What you are actually buying is the 21 days that make them work together.
Q12WHAT HAPPENS AFTER DAY 21?tap for the answer, obvi
What happens when the 21 days are over?
You walk away owning the two things that actually matter, forever, because they're yours: the skills (they're files, you download them, they live on your computer) and the entire brand you built (your Brand OS, strategy, and visuals, all sitting in your own Claude and your own folders). None of that depends on me or any platform sticking around.
The replays and the room live in the community, and you've got them for as long as the community's running. No countdown clock on your seat, no paying to keep watching. And if I ever wind the community down or move it somewhere else, you get real notice and a way to download every replay before anything changes. You will not wake up locked out of something you paid for. Then you downgrade Magnific to the $20 plan, keep Claude, and keep running the system on your next launch or your next client. Day 22 is the point: the challenge ends, the operating system doesn't.
