Auntie Up · The Build-A-Brand 21-Day Challenge
The fine print
Everything here is written to be read, not to be survived. If something is unclear, email me and I’ll answer it plainly.
Terms of purchase
What you’re buying
The Auntie Up Build-A-Brand 21-Day Challenge is a digital cohort program running Monday, September 14 through Sunday, October 4, 2026. It consists of 20 daily lesson drops released on a schedule, one live group Q&A on Day 21, access to a private community, and a set of downloadable AI skill files.
Price and enrollment
- Early bird: $197 USD, available Monday, August 24 through Monday, August 31, 2026, 11:59pm CT.
- Standard: $297 USD, September 1 through cart close.
- Enrollment closes Sunday, September 13, 2026, 11:59pm CT.
- Prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion, or bank fees on your end.
All sales are final
There are no refunds. Because of what this is, the moment you’re in you have the full method, the downloadable skills, and the bots. There is no refund window, no partial refund, and no transfer to a future cohort.
Instead of a refund policy, I’d rather you not buy something that isn’t right for you. If you’re unsure whether this fits, message me before you purchase and I’ll tell you honestly.
Tools are not included
This challenge requires two third-party subscriptions that you buy and manage yourself: Claude Pro (approximately $20/month) and Magnific Premium+ ($45/month — note the plus, the plans differ). That’s roughly $65/month on top of your enrollment. These are not resold by me, are not included in your purchase, and their pricing and features are set by those companies and can change.
What you own, and what you have access to
These are deliberately different things, and I’d rather be precise than generous-sounding.
- Yours to keep, permanently: the AI skill files (you download them; they live on your computer) and everything you build during the challenge — your Brand OS, strategy documents, and generated assets. All of that lives in your own accounts and on your own machine. None of it depends on me or any platform continuing to exist.
- Yours to access while the community runs: session replays and the community room, which are hosted on a third-party platform. You have access for as long as the community is running. There is no countdown on your seat.
- If the community ever ends: if I wind down or relocate the community, I will give you advance written notice and make every session replay available to you as a download before access changes. You will not lose access to material you paid for without a way to keep it.
Video downloads are not provided while the community is running. This is a piracy control, not a hostage policy — see the wind-down commitment above.
Access, conduct, and licence
- Your enrollment is for one person. Login sharing, group viewing, and reselling are not permitted.
- Course materials, lesson videos, and skill files are licensed to you for your own use, including your own commercial and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the materials themselves.
- Work you create during the challenge is yours. You may use it commercially, including for clients.
- I may remove anyone from the community for harassment, spam, or sharing paid materials, without a refund.
Schedule changes
I may adjust the order or timing of individual lessons. The scope of what you receive will not shrink. If the program is cancelled entirely before it begins, you get a full refund — that is the only circumstance in which one is issued.
No guarantee of results
This is education. What you get out of it depends on the work you put in. I make no promise of any specific business, financial, or creative outcome. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.
AI-generated content
You are responsible for what you generate and how you use it. Commercial usage rights for AI outputs are governed by the terms of the tools you use, not by me. Review Claude’s and Magnific’s terms for your own situation.
Privacy
What I collect
- Waitlist and email: your email address, and your name if you give it. Collected through Flodesk.
- Purchase: your name, email, and billing details. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor — I never see or store your full card number.
- Community: whatever profile information you enter on the community platform, governed by that platform’s own privacy policy.
- Site analytics: basic, aggregate traffic information. No advertising trackers.
What I do with it
Deliver what you bought, send you challenge logistics, and send marketing emails you can leave at any time. That’s the whole list.
What I don’t do with it
I do not sell your data. I do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. The only third parties who touch it are the services required to run this: email, payments, and the community platform.
Your choices
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
- You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing lauren@thebemusedstudio.com. I’ll action it within 30 days.
- Some records are kept where required for tax and accounting purposes.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and I don’t knowingly collect data from minors.
Sharing your work
There is no contest. There never has to be.
The showcase
On the last day of the challenge everybody who wants to shares what they built. It is not a competition. There is no prize, no entry, no deadline, no vote and no winner. You post your work because the room wants to see it, and because you made something in three weeks that did not exist before.
Sharing is completely optional and has no bearing on anything else. Nobody is scored, ranked, or compared.
Notes, and not getting them
When you post, you tag it so people know what you want:
- SHOWING — here it is, I just want eyes on it. No notes, thanks.
- ASKING THE TABLE — tell me what is not working.
Unsolicited critique on a SHOWING post is the one thing that will get you a word from me.
If I want to feature your work
- Posting in the community does not give me the right to use your work in my marketing. I will ask you first, every time, and I will credit you.
- If you would rather I never asked, tell me once and I will not.
- Everything you build is yours. The brand, the strategy, the images, the case study. It lives in your Claude and on your computer. I do not own any of it and I never will.
A few practical things
- Post your own work, made during the challenge.
- Spec, fictional and pre-launch brands are exactly as welcome as anything else. That is the whole point.
- If you join late, you finish late. Nothing expires, because nothing is being judged.
Heads up: these terms are written in plain language on purpose. They are a good-faith description of how this works, not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer about your own situation.
